The firm of Philip Pank & Partners
(Norwich) is one of the oldest quantity surveying practices
in East Anglia, having been founded by the late Philip Pank
at Norwich in 1931, becoming a partnership in 1951.
The practice grew quickly in the
late forties on war damage repair works and the housing
boom. Subsequently, it has covered a full spectrum of building
projects throughout the UK, including local authority housing,
housing association schemes, banks, hotels, offices, industrial
developments, shopping complexes, leisure centres, schools,
hospitals, churches and many smaller projects.
The office premises are situated on the inner ring-road of Norwich,
easy access and good parking facilities for visitors. Today there
are two active Partners, senior surveyors of many years' experience
and a full range of support staff.

Chris Aldrich M.R.I.C.S.
Joined the firm in 1964. Qualified in 1976. Became a Partner in 1996.
Mike Harris M.R.I.C.S.
Joined the firm in 1969. Qualified in 1983. Became a Partner in 1996.
